Manchester United started the week by a 1-0 victory over the Blues of Birmingham. Although United was bit slow-paced than their last week’s show with Chelsea, they seems prepared to fight with the Roma when they visit home of Manchester United in the champions league clash in the mid-week.
Real Madrid kicked-off their title race with style winning all domestic matches and last night against Werder Bremen , Madrid scored 2 goals with Raul’s stunning header from Ruud. They won 2-1 at home. Real’s dream to win their 10th European title is alive and optimistic. “beautiful football” as promised by coach Bernd Schuster is now very live to all football lovers. My guess is 2007/08 .. a REAL’s big year in European football.
